1. Young Retina Specialists (YOURS) Science Slam
   Bring your sense of humour and scientific curiosity — this one’s for you! Four presenters deliver short, lively talks showcasing their research in a fun, engaging way. At the end, you choose the winner!

2. YOURS Coffee, Cookies & Mystery Cases
   Kick off your morning with caffeine, a sweet treat, and a brain-teasing challenge. This tradition presents intriguing case reports that you can dissect alongside your peers — all before breakfast ends. Expect clues, twists, and plenty of fun.

3. Symposia
   Dynamic and diverse, these symposia are proposed by EURETINA members and selected by the programme committee. Who better to showcase new ideas than your peers themselves? Browse the programme and discover sessions you won’t want to miss.
4. EBO-Retina Course
   Even if you’re not planning to take the EBO subspecialty exam yet, this course is a must. Organised jointly with the EBO team, it provides a concise, high-level overview of key topics in medical and surgical retina. Each session pairs a senior professor with a younger colleague who has recently taken the exam, combining expert knowledge with practical insights. Whether you’re refreshing your knowledge or preparing for a future exam, this course will give you both perspective and confidence.
5. Free Paper Sessions
   Don’t skip these just because you don’t recognise the names. Free Papers are a treasure trove of new research and fresh ideas. They may spark inspiration for your own projects — or even lead to new collaborations. Be bold — EURETINA is your platform to connect.
6. Social Evening: The EURETINA Party
   Join the official congress party on Saturday evening and meet colleagues from around the world in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. A perfect way to wind down, celebrate, and network in style. (Tickets required)
