With Euretina 2024 kicking off, we are here to help with some tips to help attendees make the most of their week.

Arriving to the Conference Centre

Public Transport info as follows: 

–Underground: The closest underground station is El Maresme / Forum on the L4 yellow line.

–Bus: Timetables can be found on the transport company’s website https://www.tmb.cat/en/home. An extensive bus network will enable you to reach the venue from different parts of the city.

–Tram: The T4 tram line runs from Ciutadella/Vila Olimpica to Sant Adria Station. The best stop is “Forum”, which is located just in front of the CCB Forum Auditorium.

Badge Pickup

The Registration Help Desk is located  at the conference centre entrance. If you’re in the area on Wednesday, you can pick up your badge from 12:00 – 19:00. On Thursday – you can pick up your badge from 07:30 – 18:30

Programme tips

• Make sure to download the congress app (Search ‘EURETINA2024’ Barcelona in the App Store or Google Play)

• The programme overview is also available on the website

• If you’re a member, remember to take a break in the Members Lounge (Thursday – Sunday). If you want to become a member, you can visit the EURETINA Booth in the exhibition hall. Alternatively, please email [email protected] or visit our website.

Thursday 19 September – 10:00 – 18:00
Friday 20 September – 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday 21 September – 09:30 – 18:00
Sunday 22 September – 09:00 – 13:00

**Exhibitor Badge holders can access 1 hour earlier than the listed hours

Wireless internet is available throughout the conference centre free of charge.

Don’t worry if you miss a session, the recording of the live sessions at EURETINA 2024 will be made available on-demand latest within 24 hours after the end of the session. All registered attendees will have access to the content until 31 December 2024 (23:59 CET)
